Your evaluators must submit letters via OptomCAS. If they choose to include a written letter, it needs to be on official letterhead.
Two letters of evaluation are required of all applicants.
- a non-relative, practicing optometrist; and
- a professor or an academic/pre-health advisor. Pre-health faculty
committee letters are also acceptable. We do not accept letters from
research supervisors.
* If you previously submitted transcripts or evaluation letters, we hold that information for up to two years. Please note, this information will be added to your file: however, we will not send this information to OptomCAS. You will need to send them your official transcripts and letters of evaluation.
